Mondays - Resistance Flexibility & Strength Training 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The Meridian Flexibility System has finally made its way to Columbus! Come join us for the first ever RFST Classes in Ohio - featured in the Columbus Dispatch on July 14th, 2008!
At Stretch Chi, we are dedicated to the practice of the Meridian Flexibility System™, a form of therapeutic resistance stretching in which the muscles along specific meridian lines are elongated while contracting. Our clients see an immediate increase in strength and flexibility, giving them a better body, better posture and better balance from the inside out.
Instructor: Tricia Schmidt -
Received her training in the Meridian Flexibility System from Steve Sierra and Anne Tierney. She was introduced to RFST by her sister, Carrie Collins, who has been practicing since 2003. Tricia suffered from chronic back pain from a herniated disk and found that the system not only relieved tension from lower back, but also helped balance and strengthen her body, mind and spirit.

Introduction to the Alexander Technique Class Series
(call for individualized scheduling)
The Alexander Technique is a way to eliminate the functional causes of posture related body issues. Many muscular, spinal and joint issues are only as permanent as the habits that cause them. As people learn the Technique, they are surprised that they can make lasting changes in the way they walk, in their degree of muscular tension and the shape of their posture.
Using the Alexander Technique, you can learn to strip away harmful habits, heighten your self-awareness, and use your thought process to restore your original poise. Understanding more of how your body works leads you on a path of comfort and pleasure in all of your activities.
Instructor: Ann Austin is a Certified Alexander Technique Teacher. She has been in private practice since 2001.
