30 minute massage usually focuses on the upper body – neck, shoulders, head and back

60 minute massage is a full body Swedish massage.
As needed, or by request, I can use Neuromuscular techniques to release the fasciae and trigger points.

90 minute massage is like the above, only a more thorough treatment…….ahhhhh!

Chair massage will work the muscles of the back, neck and head.
A 20 minute session will allow time for arms and hands.
